I made this last night and it was yummy. It also goes a long way and is very filling. I made 2 pans of this and we only ate one....that is unheard of. Everyone liked it. Taco Cornbread
Cornbread to cover the bottom of a 9x13 broken up into pieces
1 1/2lbs hamburger seasoned with taco seasoning and garlic
1 can of black beans
1 onion diced
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of green chilies (you can use Rotel but it's too spicy for my little ones, by doing this separately it's not as hot)
cheese to cover the top
black olives and green onions to garnish
Layer all into the 9x13 in the order given. Bake uncovered @ 350 until bubbly. Serve with sour cream and chips. ummmmm........
