1. Get this. My next door neighbor has a dead rotting deer head in his front yard. Trash day came and went and here it still sits. We can't step outside without inhaling the smell of death. My husband and boys think it's cool to see the changes in it and report to me what all is crawling in and out of it's nose. Why is it there??
2. There are too many flies in the house. Could it have something to do with my neighbor's new pet? So *somebody* (it wasn't a girl) suggested we go get the bug zapper from outside and hang it from the dining room ceiling fan WHILE we're eating. Um, NO. But since it was such a good idea Honey brought it in and set it up on the bar. Of course we had to turn off all the lights and not talk lest anyone miss the zap of death. Honey reassured them that we could still talk *and* hear the bugs turn to ash. Dinner and a show.
3. Not a good day for Joey. He pooped 7x in the music room...but we already talked about that. Later in the day he was laying in the living room sound asleep. Apparently he had some scary dog dream b/c out of nowhere he jumps(!) and slings a slobber on my face. I've just about had it with him this week.

actually, the dog wasn't having a bad dream at all...He was frustrated with the flies like we are. He had one buzzing around his ear and as he went to sever the little buggars head from it's body...opened his mouth as he was moving at near sonic speed, not swallowing his spit first...and slung a spit ball right on your forehead. What a good dog. I couldn't do that if I tried.
disgusting.
Don't ever get an English Bulldog. It's slobber time, all the time.
Every time the dog sees me, he gets an unquenchable longing to run up, wipe his runny nose on my britches, then go back to his business of lying around.
eeewwwwwww....
This is like, a guy's type of post, huh. Bug zapper - the movie!
Anyways.... Um, something more delightfully mundane, has the spinach started to grow yet?
Nope, but I'm watching and watering and watching and praying over it and watching some more.
