Jes's Birthday!!

Our little guy turned 7 last week!

Jess loves his birthday more than anyone else I know. He plans for it and talks about it the whole year. This year it was on a Friday and that meant no school.

We started the day with cinnamon rolls.

Then we headed to Eastside to play at Adventure Zone. Hide and seek in the tunnels, racing down the slide, fun fun! We had the whole place to ourselves most of time we were there.

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit!

Daddy came home for lunch so he could open presents.

Tomato soup and grilled cheese too.

We spent the rest of the day playing and just being together. G'ma, Mally, and I worked on his new dessert. At our house, we have a tradition that you have to add, subtract, multiply, and divide to get the right number on your cake. 8-1=7

After dinner it was time to clear the table and set up the lap tops! America's Army with G'pa playing too!!

Saturday was a mini-continuation of birthday with airsofting at the Wings. Ya gotta try out the new gun, you know! G'pa went too and that made it even more fun.
