This week I've noticed some changes in our family.
1. As a group, we are more efficient with our work. When house cleaning used to take most of the day, now we're done around lunch time. That makes Mondays a lot better.
2. Everyone is louder. I haven't figured that one out yet. I can't imagine what it'll be like when Elijah enters the scene. Are they louder? Or am I less tolerant?
3. We eat a lot more food. I guess a growing family requires a growing grocery budget...or more creativity. I'm still working on this one. At one point we'll have 4 teenage boys at the same time...yikes!
4. School is harder.
Now and then I notice things like this that require change or reorganization. Now is that time. I've also noticed some behavior and personality issues that need to be addressed. These observations always come when I am feeling overwhelmed and like I need a vacation. Maybe some of it is the VERY cold weather and the fact that these little boys are stir crazy.
Anyway, I've made a list of things to pray over during quiet time today. Things that need adjusting. I need to re-group and have a better plan for tomorrow.
